I think this would great for AZOTO to par take in, there may be concerns
as to whether a 501c3 could move in this way, but as long as its technical
recommendations and not political ones that AZOTO were to counsel on, I
don't think it would be a problem.

I am in process of writing donor management system for Free Software
Foundation using GNU Enterprise, so some day in situations like this that
maybe an option. (Must PLUG (pun intended) GNUe at all costs... ;) )
