Rebooting problems

What do you mean by reconfigure the NICs?  Is the system identifying both cards 
on boot and they just aren't configured for how to get an IP address?

 From looking at their site they borrowed a similar setup to RH.

edit the files in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ethX to configure the NICs.
