How to get realaudio stream to be played in XMMS

Hi,

 I have two questions:
 1. How to have a system wide(Gnome and/or KDE) change for directing
 realaudio streams to XMMS?
 2. How to have a browser(Mozilla and/or Konqueror) specific change for
 directing realaudio streams to XMMS?
