Where are the infamous man.pages?

Michael, if you're using KDE* you can read html-ized man pages by
pressing alt+F2, then entering #rpm to read the rpm man page.  From the
Konqueror browser you can either use the #, or use man:/gpg (again, for
example).  I find the gui version more pleasant, ymmv.
