X-server to Windows 2000 client?

Actually the X Server runs on the windows box, the X software runs on
the Linux box and displays the output on the Windows box. Backwards from
what you might think but that is the way it is called.

Download the starnet.com x-win32 server product in demo mode and try it.
They will provide technical support to get it up and running. The demo
software will run for several hours before requiring a restart. 

They make it easy. I think they cost about $250 per windows box.
