Grammar, Was: PLUG Logo Update!

Aw jeez, I was afraid of this. ;)

User is OK
Users is OK
User's is NOT OK (this would indicate that this is a group that belongs to only one user -- aaargh.)
Users' is OK (probably most technically correct since this is a group that belongs the users -- plural and shows ownership)

I guess it doesn't really matter, but we should be consistent.
