To me "public includes faculty, staff and students from the University
community" means that they aren't excluding people affiliated with the
University from purchasing stuff. It goes on to say that stuff in the public
area can be purchased for transfer back to the university (e.g. buy a
sparcstation1 for an ASU lab from there is allowed). The only place that is
restricted is behind the white fence. That stuff is only available to workers
at ASU (not students). This stuff is for departments to purchase.

> Hrmm, on that webpage it says the warehouse is only open to staff, students, and facultyof ASU.
