getting my wife off of MS

Hey everyone,

I've been trying to get my wife (and therefore house) move over to =
Linux. =20

Pro:  She's a pro with Opera (even uses mouse gestures), happy with =
openoffice, and is somewhat handy on the desktop.  Gnucash is a good =
thing.  her solitaire game works with WINe.

Con:  Moving data and ACT.  We have several years of email stored in =
netscape and Outlook express.  Is there a good way to import this into =
any Linux email package?  I haven't looked at all, instead depending on =
your quick(er) advice.  also, and the real killer, is that she works =
from home and has to use ACT2000, with updates being sent over email =
btwn her and her boss.  How is ACT with WINe?  Or where can I find out?

and yes, I have latency problems with the mailing list as well.
