This sounds like an excellent mission for AZOTO, though
any further discussion of that idea should take place on
the AZOTO mailing list.  Some care should be taken to
maintain AZOTO's and PLUG's independence from each other.

Overall I think this is a great idea, wherever the
links may end up residing.
