Work Experience:

Dec 1999- : Software and Database Technician.
Programmed in Visual Basic, PERL, Oracle SQL*PLUS and PL/SQL. Wrote
SQL*Loader scripts. Designed queries and reports. Analyzed and tuned OLTP
database. Analyzed telephone-call data records and application trace files 
to identify and diagnose application errors. Used Windows 2000 and NT-4.
Contributed to documentation of applications and databases.
     Also sat reception desk, answered phones, screened calls, and prepared
correspondence with customers.  Worked with Quick Books. Provided level-one
technical support for Symbio-Tech proprietary applications.  
Provided level-two support for the Symbio-Tech database schema 
implemented on Oracle 8.0 and Oracle 8.1. Symbio-Tech, Phoenix, Arizona.

Nov. 1998-Nov. 1999: Tutored mathematics and English. Worked as computer lab
assistant.  Helped students learn DOS, Macintosh, OS/400, Windows, UNIX and
