Setting up Kdevelop 2.1.2 Properly

I'm having a MAJOR problem setting up KDevelop 2.1.2
properly.  I don't have something right.  The main
problem is that it keeps saying that I don't have the
"KDE Library Documentation Path" set right.  I got ALL
of the RPM files for it including the SRPMS and it
still doesn't install right.  How might I go about
fixing this.  I'm at the point of taking Kdevelop off
and reloading it in its entirety.  But, I really don't
wanna do that.  Could someone offer me a better route
to fixing the problem.  Thanks.
