From everything I've seen and heard of Gentoo, I would put a box together just
for it, but of course that requires having a job to get the money to build one. 
If there was support for the Intel DSL 2100 or 2200 modem I'd dual boot my
Athlon 650 Win98SE gaming machine, but alas I haven't seen any inkling of
drivers for it.
