Moving to Phoenix

my service is Choice TV/Online VDSL (Very High Bit Rate). and if i try
running my web server on port 80 it is un-reachable from the outside world,
as is my ftp server running on port 21, change the port on both services and
bam, it works. those are the only 2 services i am running at the moment. but
port 21 and 80 are being block.
