Moving to Phoenix

i have the qwest choice online service and i have noticed that they block
port 21 and 80, and i confirmed that with their support people, not that
they really know what they are talking about. but other than that the
service has never let me down, their mail servers can be a little flakey at
times though. but like tom said if it is available in the area you will be
moving to, go with it.
