George,
If you have links to that report please post it. Because Amazon, The 
Department of Justise, IDC and serveral small biz have *all* shown 
savings of 10's of thousands of dollars in TCO (millions for Amazon). 
That's why the NSA and Intel has taken hard looks at converting. And I 
can assure you right now IBM is NOT pushing Windoze. They still support 
it true but All of their sales agents have been told to spread the word 
about Linux.
