John's right. Any movement of your antenna (5% or more) will throw off your 
internet connection. It also matters how many customers are being served.

Sprint broadband being similar to other broadband services depends on the 
quality of line of site, and also how congested the POP(The place where 
your Sprint Boradband antenna is pointed to) may be.  If you suspect your 
system you should definitly setup a winblows machine to test.  If you still 
recieve similar speeds you may just be SOL because Sprint Broadband does 
not guarantee bandwith at all.  You may be able to ask for them to come out 
and check the antenna on your roof.
