Upgrade to Redhat 7.1/Windows causes Samba/Windows98 Failure

I put the smb.conf file in the /etc/samba folder so it is the correct one.  I will check the
identification when I get home.   Just curious, what would that make the network unbrowseable
in Windows Explorer
