Lots. I run debian testing on several boxen ( used to run unstable before
testing was available ). I have months of uptime before my power vendor
arranges for unscheduled downtime. That's updates on hundreds of packages,
dozens that I use on a regular basis.

Usually at some point X really, really wants to be restarted since I'm
running a version from 3 updates back :). Other than that I really don't
have any probs. I would think I should, but I don't :).
