Qwest and Linux - info needed

I know for a fact that they block incoming:
80/http
25/smtp
53/bind

Those were the only 3 services I was running, so those are the ones I
noticed. :)))

what ports dothey block (I am on a VDSL (T-1) circuit here
and have found that identd doesn't work (can't get response).
