Speeding up File Transfers

Cox was installed on Ray/Cooper a few months ago, they sent flyers out, and
still do quiet occactional.   Kinda annoying, but atleast we know we have
cox cable!  Val Vista is just a few miles east, if it isnt there soon, it
shall be coming shortly (i'm guessing)
