need a new place to land

Guys,
I'm in a rtaher sticky situation here.
my lease agreement at my current residence will expire 
on the 28th of february. unfortunately, management will 
not permit me to renew the lease for another year.

Thus, I need some place to land where a guy on a disability 
income can afford to live. 

I'd appreciate it if someone could send me info as quickly as
possible.
