Heat. Do you have an extra case fan? Hope so. Is the heatsink on that
K6-3 free of dust, with a full speed fan? (This is a major problem for
those who insist on smoking with their PCs... the smoke binds the
other crap in the air to fans and the things they blow on or thru).
How hot is the house? I know its winter, but if the room is getting
over 80F, thats another source of problems with closed cases, anyways.

Run that puppy at 3x100MHz (300) instead of 3.5*"95" for a while and
see if it improves. The added bus speed might help anyways. Hard to
say.

Also check the temps on those video cards.
