cheap IP's

If a static "domain" will do, you can use dyndns.org or dhs.org.  Then
with a client to auto-update their DNS systems, you can refer to your
system by the same address regardless of your IP.

http://wokan.home.dhs.org/
(The above may not work depending on @Home's reaction to the current
Code Red problems.)
