Any good POS (Point Of Sale)/cashdrawer software? (For SCO UNIX on a Proliant.)

I'd like hurrahs and hisses for UNIX POS software.  From free to fee.  How about Computer A.'s e-SOS for instance?  It will be multiuser, multi-drawer.  Perhaps the existing custom app can just be enhanced to accommodate the new plan, but something out of the box could cut deployment time...  It is for about four cash drawers, low dollar amounts, minimal controls.  Perl would be a plus.  Oh, is there a separate SCO group in Phoenix, that someone wants to applaud and publicize?
