after you log in as user Anonymous, it sends the following:

230-This is FTP.MICROSOFT.COM.  Please see the dirmap.txt for more information.
A230 Anonymous user logged in.
Remote system type is Windows2000.

It also doesn't appear to do it after logging in using ftp in Win95.
