before you uninstall kde, though, be sure to install your new window manager
first and try to get it running as best as you can before you uninstall the
KDE. In fact, you may not want to remove most of the kde if you wish to use
the applications that are built with it, i.e. kpackage and others. IOW,
think it through and come up w/ a game plan before execution.
