Looking for dedicated server hosting

I'm currently running a website hosted with a hosting service, but
unfortunately the needs of the website are becoming to limited in a hosted
environment.  I'm looking for an affordable co-location or dedicated hosting
provide (keyword affordable) that'll allow me to use Linux/Apache/mySQL/and
PHP4.  Some of the services we want to offer on this site are free email
accounts based on our domain, DNS maintenance (since I know next to nothing
about DNS) and the ability to run two web sites or virtual sites on the same
box.  I would prefer them to be local if possible.

Anyone have any suggestions?
