Pricing Error on Amazon

Sorry if I burst your bubble, Pete, but it's no typo.  The book is
listed in the Clearance section.  It's currently keeping company with
books such as Excel 97 Spreadsheet Tools, Teach Yourself Visual Basic
Version 4, Java Servlets ($5, down from $50), Peoplesoft Developer's
Handbook ($6, down from $54), the Y2K Bible (only down to $10 from $35 -
go figure), The Ultimate Authorware Tutorial ($8, from $80), ICQ for
Dummies ($2 {snicker}, from $20), COBOL Y2K in Plain English ($2
{stifled guffaw out of respect for COBOL programmers}, from $20), and
Upgrade Your Own PC ($2.50, from $25).

So if Perl/TK is your thing, or you want it to be, then I'm sure it's a
great deal.  Though it may just be that the book didn't move in
significant quantities or a new edition is going to be published soon.
