I have the same issue at work. I haven't sent any mail, but I'll often
NMAP the worst ones. Frequently, I can't portscan them so they're
either offline (hopefully, someone caught on) or they were spoofed IPs.
With so much traffic (50-100 hits a day and we don't even have a web
server) it just isn't worth my time. :P
