Hmm, yeah looked at Bernstein's stuff a little.  Not certain if it would
meet all of the needs.  It's for another group to use, and sadly I don't
know exactly what they require yet.

Of the "big ones" what do you think?  Full-featured ones are pretty
problematic I think.  At least ProFTPD doesn't support Site-Exec.

I know I sound like I've already decided, I really am openminded :)  I'm
just trying to form logical arguments for and against everything - and the
guys who will be using this server are big into popular, standard (easy to
configure without learning anything new :) ), etc.
