All of my hardware is old.  I am thinking of an upgrade in 12 - 18 
months and at that point will probably replace my router and WIFI.... 
Not sure if I will need to have 2 or more static IPs  Most of my work is 
PHP programming on a private network using non-routable domains using 
the .internal TLD and I use the hosts files for DNS.

I've run a LAMP+mail+BIND+etc using port forwarding. I do not see that 
in my future.

Most of what I do is oriented toward PHP/MySQL... I use Linux to that 
ends.
