HAM help in West Valley sought

If nobody steps up, I'm a ham in the east valley, but might be able to
find some west-valley folks (think local VHF/UHF repeaters ;-), also the
ham clubs (oh - and the 'candy store' - Ham Radio Outlet - might know of
someone).

That really makes me wish I had the web site at elmers.org up and
running.  It's whole purpose in life is to enable just this sort of what
we hams call 'elmering' (actually, helping someone with their station
may not EXACTLY fall under the 'standard' definition of 'elmering', but
IMHO its close).  Anybody know Python and Django and want to help get
the code written? (HUGE project, IMHO, and I'm a software guy, so I'm
under-estimating, by definition!)
