The workaround (bypassing TPM) is to use Rufus <https://rufus.ie/en/> to
create a bootable Win11 install media (8GB USB drive) that bypasses the TPM
check.
You will need to download the Win11 ISO from Microsoft.

Your Win10 lic key is good for a Win11 install.
