torrent

What do I open a torrent with to download the file? Here is the file:
/home/kali/Downloads/kali-linux-2023.1-live-everything-amd64.iso.torrent
I seem to remember that you just need to double click it and the download
starts; but when I do that the 'open with' window opens. Or wait.... do I
remember that the download starts automatically?
