Dock Replacement under Wayland

Version 3.4 of cairo dock says that it supports wayland.
If you're running KDE, you can load latte dock.  I don't know if it 
functionally does what you're looking for, but it will give you that OSX 
look and feel and integrates nicely with KDE.
