Name Cheap Registrar

Thanks David.  That is a lot of info.  I have just a few domains and a 
VPS running Plesk.  I like Plesk and wish I knew more.

Looks like NameSilo does the job!!

GoDaddy decouples everything hosting and you can buy it back as needed.
