Name Cheap Registrar

I've been with GoDaddy and Wild West Domains (Part of the GoDaddy Group) 
since around 2002.  I've stayed just because.  No complaints.

I am looking to move because it just cost me over $17 to renew a dot 
com.  That is too much for what I get/need.
