NextCloud multiple account sync android

I want to sync with multiple NextCloud accounts. I don't see a way in the
NextCloud android app to specify a different account.

Hopefully I'm just overlooking something.

Does anyone have NC sync from Android working with multiple accounts? If
so, how did you set it up?
