Munich moving back to Linux

Interesting read, Munich made news years ago for deciding to move to linux,
and had.  Then in 2017, politicians decided they should move back to
Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, and all the other Axis of Evil vendors as they
lobby and put cash in their pockets.

Now it's going back it looks like, after they wasted some $100m on said
Axis members.
