Does your alienware have the dual graphics cards?

Please let us (me ☺) know if it does AND you get it to work with an external monitor.  All I do is lock the machine, but then I’ve not spent much time trying to find and fix it…

In fact, anyone with a dual-video-card Alienware - I’d like to know if you got it working with an external monitor.  (Fortunately, I got the big screen version so I can actually get work done on the laptop monitor, but I still want to be able to add an external monitor sometime)

I just did the first half of an Arch install last night. Aside from a derp where i typeo'd the main volume mount and had to restart and remount it it went very smoothly on an Alienware 15R4 with i9 and 1080. I still need to finish with installing WLAN and the rest.
