HDMI Not Working In 4K with Cable Over 25 Feet

I found it difficult to even go 10 feet with a 4k signal.  10 feet would
work as long as I used a high quality cable, but the screen would
flicker occasionally, so I moved my computer closer and went with an 8
foot cable that gave me a flicker free signal.
