(OT) Windows Question

I have installed Ubuntu 18.04 alongside Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 4 and
it works pretty much as advertised. Only the cameras are not working. Sleep
also does not work, but hibernate does, so no sleeping for this SP 4, just
hibernation.

My question is, if I reinstall Ubuntu and wipe out Windows, can I recover
Windows with my Windows 10 rescue usb stick? Do I need something else to
recover Windows 10 for a fresh install?
