East Valley PHP Meetup

Gangplank QC may be starting a WordPress meet up and possibly a PHP meet
up. 

Either location works for me.  I'd like to see both WordPress and PHP
meetups more South. 

Maybe it might be nice to hold them at Queen Creek - to build that Gang
Plank location.
