There’s no recovery email or phone number for that account?  Or backup <mumble>?  (There’s some sort of backup thing for if the ‘owner’ of an account dies or whatever.  Don’t know if that would help or not)

If you saved the password you can pull it from browser settings. Documentation is easy to find. Or you can use a service like lastpass or keypass which can pull them for you.
