Spam filtering is not Postfix's job. Postfix is just a Mail Transfer
Agent. It is relatively easy to hook up spamassassin (or another spam
filter) to Postfix though.

multiple other web pages tell you how to do this.
If you want to tweak things and fiddle with things, mailinabox is
probably not for you because it tries to make everything "turnkey" so
you can't modify it after you install it.
