Good Cheap PC to play MP3s and MP4 video? (Was: OT Mac Mini obsolescent?)

I usually buy the parts computers (bare) then buy the HDD/SDD if available
and as much ram as available sometimes I have been able to get 4 8Gb=32GB
depends on available stock HDD up to 4TB all used all cheap all tested
rare to see a SSD over 160GB in stock but the I7's I looked at were all 8GB
160GBSSD with ubuntu installed for 225
