OT: Need help unlocking phone ...

Well, that is going to be challenging. samsung has taken some pretty
noteworthy steps to prevent that from being unlockable. however, if she has
the power of attorney she can maybe hit up the carrier and get access to
some of the contacts. also being android there is a HUGE chance the
contacts are there as part of the related google account. She can go to
google with the power of attorney can get access to her account from there.
