That's interesting... I just read a wiki on this (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speech_recognition_software_for_Linux) and
smartphones record you and "submit the audio file to a remote server for
converting the audio file into a text string... because they do not have
the performance and disk space to process the speech recognition on the
phone."
