That one only has 4 gigs, but it's you have a 300 budget you can add 
quite a bit more ram to it and still be well under budget.

If I were you, I would get an SSD and the extra ram and have a very very 
nice machine.  You can even add an M.2 SSD and keep the spinning hard 
drive in it at the same time, like I've done with my T420.
