Weird LAMP Issue

I have got the strangest problem going on and don't have a clue how to
diagnose this. I just updated one of my sites and all is working well on
Chrome, Firefox and everything else on both Windows and Linux.
But, when using Internet Explorer 11, I can get to
http://www.saidsimple.com/ just fine, but if I try to go to
http://www.saidsimple.com/blogs/ or http://www.saidsimple.com/writings/ or
http://www.saidsimple.com/contact/ pages, IE says the page cannot be
displayed and offers to diagnose the connection issues.
This only happens on Internet Explorer, and I have tried it here and at
different homes with other ISP's. I know it's not Godaddy because the
exact same thing happens when I try it on my home network LAMP server.
There is nothing in Apache error logs for either server and all other
browsers work fine. Even with no .htaccess and a stub index.php file, I
still get the failed connection error.
I have no idea where to start on this.
